Here as they say is the legal stuff. It was recommended I do this after the European Union brought in its Distance Selling Regulations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1) These Terms  and Conditions constitute a contract between me (the supplier)  and you (the customer).  My acceptance of your order by the delivery of the goods ordered is a legally binding contract based on these Terms and Conditions.  This shall constitute the sole  and only contract between us.
2) The total price payable as communicated to you by email (or where necessary by letter or telephone) includes the goods, carriage, insurance  and where applicable any additional charges e.g. bank charges.
3) Payment in full must be made before an order is accepted.
4) Payment is to be made in pounds sterling.
5) I reserve the right not to fulfil or to cancel at my option any order in the event of an obvious pricing error.
6) A customer's order constitutes an offer to buy the goods in question.
7) The purchase contract is concluded at the point when I send an acceptance/ confirmatory email or letter where necessary.
8) This website is targeted solely at persons living within the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain  and Northern Ireland.  It is neither my intention or desire to solicit business from persons living outside the above territory.
9) Unless an arrangement has been made to collect goods in person I will send them by an appropriate carrier.  Title to the goods will pass to you immediately prior to despatch.  I will notify you of the date of dispatch by email.  Should the goods not be delivered within 21 days of dispatch (or the requested date of dispatch) I must be immediately notified.  A valid signature is required at the time of delivery.
10) Goods that arrive damaged should be retained with the packaging for insurance inspection.  Failure to do so will constitute a breach of contract  and my liability to you will cease.  At your option I will send a replacement or refund the cost of the item.
11) In the case of goods that fail to arrive I will send a replacement after reasonable efforts have been made to determine the whereabouts of the lost goods.
12) Studio pottery illustrated on this website are examples only of my work.  As with all handmade items no two are exactly alike.  Every effort will be made to match items ordered by you to the ones illustrated on this website.  I will not substitute unless instructed to do so by you.  In the event that an item is not available I will refund you the price paid within at most 30 days.
13) You may cancel your order within 30 days of delivery.  This will not apply in the case of goods collected personally.  Notice of cancellation should be sent to the address on the delivery note accompanying the goods.  Alternatively you can email rosemarie@studiopotter.co.uk.  You are responsible for the cost of carriage and safe return of goods.  No refund will be made in the case of returned goods that arrive at my address damaged.
14) I will not be liable to pay you compensation for indirect or consequential damage; loss of profits; disappointment or administrative inconvenience arising out of any problem relating to the goods I supply.  My liability to you for compensation shall be limited to that set out in these Terms  and Conditions.  This is not intended to affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
15) I will not be liable to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery of goods due to causes or circumstances beyond my control (e.g. fire  and tempest; acts of war, etc.).
16) If any part of these Terms  and Conditions is illegal, unenforceable or invalid the legality; enforceability and validity of any other part of these Terms  and Conditions shall not be affected.  This contract will be governed  and interpreted according to the Law of England  and Wales.
17) In the event of a legal dispute appropriate arbitration shall be sought before resorting to a court action.  This shall be conducted by an arbitration service within the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
